Track Your Item(s)
Where is my order? |
Tracking BETA (via Aftership)We've opted to try out Aftership as a service that can help us cut down the ridiculous number of tracking pages and reduce them to a simpler solution. You should now be able to visit periodprints.aftership.com and input your tracking information to get an update on your package. Please note: We're still getting to grips with this system and will be updating on a regular basis with new final-mile shipping services as used by our International Shipping service. We also have to submit the tracking references through our order system so it can take a day or two before the information is available. Exceptions: Some courier tracking services are now actively blocking queries from sites like Aftership so you may find that the local courier handling your package will not provide tracking information via Aftership. At present we are aware of the following sites which require direct access and will not work with Aftership: Royal Mail, Post NL
If your order has been sent using a tracked service then you will have been sent a tracking number with your dispatch confirmation. You can then use the tracking reference with the appropriate service below: UKDHL Parcel [UKMail]https://www.ukmail.com/manage-my-delivery/manage-my-delivery Parcelforcehttps://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace Royal Mailhttps://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
InternationalWe are currently trialling a new option through an International Shipping service which uses the best "final mile" postal services and/or couriers in each country to get packages to their final destination. There is currently no centralised tracking option available for this service but you should receive an email with tracking links and/or information specific to your order. As always you are welcome to contact us with your order reference and we can look up your package status for you.
Royal Mailhttps://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ GLSIn some instances packages sent through Royal Mail can be sent on for delivery through GLS. This is usually indicated on the tracking information provided by the Royal Mail web site but this link is useful as a reference if you're not sure: DHL Expresshttps://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html TNTTNT provides Express and Economy Express services which can be tracked here: Fedex (Federal Express)https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack Other International Serviceshttp://www.track-trace.com/post Please use the "Track with options" button to allow you to see the Royal Mail tracking information and then select your country to track the item in your own country. There is always a delay while items pass customs/import checks before the item passes into the country of the recipient. This often appears as if the item has entered the country and been lost. However, customs don't track the item while in their custody.
