I watched a programme about this artist and wanted one of her pictures. I found it through your company. The print had been very carefully packaged and I loved it. It’s been framed but not hung up yet as the room is not quite finished. I honestly couldn’t be more delighted and would have no hesitation using Period Prints again.

It took a very long time to arrive, I was going abroad so I emailed, no response, I telephoned, no one answered, I used the contact form on the website, nothing, I tried chat on the website, no one responded. Pretty bad really, it finally arrived one day before I left. There is a hair under the glass and the frame was slightly scratched. Nothing too terrible, but not a great experience and I probably won't use again. I certainly cannot recommend to anyone.
The plastic /glass is too thin and slightly wavy spoiling the look of the picture

Frame turned up damaged, the company were fast and efficient in using a different, much more efficient carrier to get a replacement to me by the deadline. Impressive stuff!
